"My Comments" that are highlighted in bold type and contain the key to learning how these principles can work in your own life.
SCENE 1. EXT. - NEIGHBORHOOD - EVENING
Jennifer and Richard are walking dog Jack the dog around theneighborhood. Jack is taking advantage of every opportunity he can
to mark his trail along the way. Suddenly, and without warning, he
circles in one spot and squats to poop. Richard quickly slides a
plastic bag under his butt to try and capture the poop in the bag.
JENNIFER
I don't think he likes it when you
do that... look at him...He's
embarrassed.
My comments: Jennifer and I have an ongoing joke where I try
to get jack to poop in a bag, so that I don't have to pick
it up. When he is alone with me he is fine with it, but
sometimes I think Jennifer, projecting her own emotions onto
it, makes him get all weird about it. Being able to
understand this helps me to realize just how much influence
we have on our environment due to our thoughts, feelings and
emotions. Ralph Waldo Emerson refers to us as "endogenous
beings" meaning that everything proceeds from within...
everything that we experience is derived internally and
becomes our experience in life. Think about how much your
thoughts, feelings and emotions are controlling your
environment... alter these and you alter the movie of your
life forever!
CUT TO:
Jack looks up at Jennifer with a bewildered look on his
face.
RICH
I'm training him to poop in the
bag! He's a dog for god's sake...
He doesn't know how to feel
embarrassment You're just
projecting.
Suddenly Jack walks away from the plastic bag leaving a
trail of soft runny poop along the way. Rich grabs the
plastic bag from the ground and proceeds to pick up the
soft gussy droppings.
RICH
This is the story of my life.
Picking up everyone's crap...
JENNIFER
Okay Mr. positive... where did that
statement come from? So what's up
with you? You've been so negative
lately and...
RICH
What's up you ask? I'm just killing
myself trying to run three
companies, none of them are making
me rich and the fact is I don't
even like what I'm doing. I'm just
moving along trying to survive in
this dead economy hoping that some
day I can pursue my dream.
My Comments: This is one of the old stories that I tell
myself to keep me from moving ahead. It takes a lot of
training one's consciousness to be able to catch oneself from
participating in these negative thought patterns and as you
are about to see, it helps to be around people who will
remind you of where your going. I always inspire my clients
to surround themselves with people who inspire them to
become a more of themselves, much like Jennifer does for me.
JENNIFER
Higher Richard! Higher! What is it
that you would like to be doing?
You keep beating the same drum...
and your getting very good at it.
You gotta start telling a different
story.
My Comments: Jennifer would often remind me that I have to
start thinking higher if I want to experience something
different in my life. She would say that I am living in
"what-is-ites", meaning that I am all caught up in "what is"
instead of what I want to create in my life.
RICH
I would like to be teaching some of
the things that I am learning about
spiritual transformation... you
know helping people to create more
of what they want in life... but
who am I to be teaching anything
that I have not created in my own
life.
JENNIFER
You are so hard on yourself. You're
doing it now... this is it! This is
what it looks like to pursue your
dreams Richard. Think about what it
would it look like if you had
reached your dream right now! What
would it smell like, what would it
taste like? You have to get into
that vibration, not in the negative
vibration.
My Comments: Jennifer is a big fan of "Abraham"
and she really gets the idea that we are vibrational beings
and as such we have to vibrate at the frequency of what we
want to create and not what we are experiencing in the
moment. "Abraham" calls this your "Vibrational
Escrow" for what you want to create in the future.
RICH
What would it look like? For one
thing I would be interviewing
filmmakers for my website who have
been using spiritual principles in
their own life to create success,
but I can't seem to find
anybody...and even if I did my
camera is broken and I would have
to rent one... because I don't have
the finances to buy one... and
My Comments: Sometimes I find it really easy to argue for my
limitations as if my arguments would somehow help me to
overcome the obstacle that is keeping me from what I want.
What I've come to realize is that by holding onto these
beliefs about lack and limitation they naturally become my
experience. In the "Infinite Filmmaker" teachings,
I talk about the tremendous power that our words have over
our life and how we can re-write the dialogue in our
personal life's movie to get more of what we want. This particular
scene is an example of how I was able to change my beliefs
and my dialogue to create a better result. You are about to
see just how powerful our words and actions are when
consciously directed towards what we want to create in our
life.
JENNIFER
Aah! There you go... higher
Richard. You always tell me to talk
about what you want rather than
what you don't have.
Suddenly Richard realizes what he is doing and starts to
affirm the way he wants it to be.
RICH
You're right! Thank you for calling
me on that. Sometimes I get caught
up in the old behavior...
JENNIFER
We all do go there! Why don't you
do a treatment for yourself.
RICH
Okay,good idea!
Richard and Jennifer sit down on a wall under a street
light. They hold hands and Richard does a treatment which is
sometimes referred to as "Affirmative Prayer". This is a
powerful process of aligning oneself with Source, God,
Spirit, All That Is, or whatever you want to call it.
RICH
I am standing in the awareness
that there is an infinite Power and
Presence in the universe that
responds to the words that I speak.
I know that there are no limitations
to what this "Infinite Filmmaker" can
create in my life and everything
that I desire is freely given and
nothing is being held back from me.
Everything that I need to fulfill
my vision is readily available to
me and there is nothing that can
keep me from my dream. Whatever
the Infinite Filmmaker does it does
through me, in me and as me and I
gladly allow it to use me to
fulfill the higher vision that it
has for my life... right here and
right now! I give thanks for the
gifts and talents that have been
given to me and I willfully use
them to create the vision that is
in my mind, my heart and my soul. I
know that the words that I speak
have the power to create and that
everything I have asked for has
already been done according to the
law. My word is the law of my life
and I release it unto the universe
knowing that it is not returned to
me void, but fulfilled by the
Law... and so it is. Amen.
My Comments: A treatment is a very powerful method of
tapping into one's unlimited "Good" through the
power of the spoken word. It is the most direct connection
to the Infinite Filmmaker that I know of and it literally
opens the channel to "Source Energy" so that you
can experience more in life. In terms of spirituality some
people refer to it as "Affirmative Prayer" meaning
that you are affirming things to be the way you want to
experience them and through the laws of the universe they
have no other choice than to become that which you speak. I
use it to align myself with the universal"Good"
whenever I fall into lack, limitation, fear, worry and

Richard opens his eyes and looks up to Jennifer with a big
smile on his face.
RICH
It is done!
JENNIFER
It certainly is! Now let's talk
about the house that we are going
to build with all of this success.
Rich and Jennifer laugh as they walk off into the darkness.
SCENE 2. INT. - BEDROOM - EVENING
Richard is sitting on the bed reading his email and cleaning
out his "in box". He comes across an old invitation from
Derek Rydall to become friends on Facebook. Derek was a
friend that Richard met at a self empowerment seminar many
years ago. Richard clicks on the link to Derek's website.
While browsing the website he discovers that Derek is now a
published author, a well known screenwriting coach and is
lecturing to writers and filmmakers on spiritual principles.
RICH
(Browsing his computer)
This is interesting.
Jennifer pops her head in the doorway and says...
JENNIFER
I thought we were going to watch a
movie after our walk?
RICH
Come on over here... I have to show
you something.
Jennifer lies on the bed with him.
RICH (CONT'D)
I just had a demonstration! Look at
this.
My Comments: A demonstration is an answer to prayer.
Whenever I do a Treatment I always get a demonstration and
it usually appears as something greater than anything I
could have ever imagined. In this case it came through as a
perfect interview for my website and I didn't even have to
shoot it. So when I was blocked by my beliefs that I
couldn't shoot an interview because I didn't have a camera,
or didn't have the time, the Universe was already
setting something up something that didn't require a camera
and very little time from me. You can see this interview on

RICH
A couple of days ago my coach
suggested that I connect with an
old friend that I met at a seminar
over 6 years ago. I was searching
through my emails just now and
found this this old invitation to
join face book from this same
friend.
JENNIFER
That's great! So somethings
happening.
RICH
More than you think. Look at
this... Derek is teaching
metaphysical principles to
filmmakers, and he gives workshops
that are similar to mine... and...
he has a video interview on his
website that I'm sure he will let
me use for my website. How's that
for a demonstration?
My Comments: I have come to realize that everything I am
treating for is already done in the mind of the Infinite
Filmmaker. so when I pray for something like the desire to
have more interviews on my website, the universe is already
conspiring to bring that to me by lining up the right people
places and things that will make it easy to acquire it. The
email I received over a month ago, the phone call from my
coach, and the video interview with Derek were already in
place, but I couldn't see it because I was blocked by my
belief in lack. It wasn't until I broke through that
consciousness of lack that I could receive all of my "good".
JENNIFER
That's amazing! I'm telling you
Hon, you're really onto
something... why do you even doubt
yourself. Come on let's go watch
our movie.
My Comments: I did receive an email from Derek stating that
I could use any of his videos from his website. I have this

SCENE 3. INT. - RICH'S APARTMENT - DAY
Richard is cleaning dishes from the night before. The phone
rings and he answers it. It is his friend Sarah on the other
line.
SARAH
Hello Richard it's Sarah. Listen
Jessica's birthday is coming up and
I'm thinking that we should plan on
having a party for her.
RICH
I thought you were going back east
next month?
SARAH
Well I can't afford to take the
time off from work, so I had to
cancel my plans.
RICH
Is Jessica going to be back from
Costa Rica in time for her
birthday?
SARAH
I think so, she's building a house
down there so that she can retire
next year.
RICH
Actually, she's been planning to
retire since the day she started to
work.
SARAH
Well, she's upset because the
government is making it almost
impossible for her to build down
there. They sold all this land to
the Americans and now they're
making it difficult to build down
there. They only want rich people
to move there... like Mel Gibson
and all these other movie stars.
RICH
I'm sure if she wants it bad enough
she can find a way to make it
happen... and the universe will
support her in creating that.
SARAH
There you go living in a fantasy
world...the universe! What's the
universe going to do? I wish that
you'd wake up and face reality one
of these days! We're going through
a really bad time right now... the
economy is a mess, the stock market
is dead. Jessica lost a lot of
money this year and it's not going
to get any better. You think that
it is so easy...
My Comments: When I started to examine my thoughts and see
the negative results that they had on my life, I new that I
had to do something about it. I learned to control the
thoughts that were entering my mind and through many
different processes that I teach in my infinite filmmaker
classes, I have been successful in altering my thoughts to
create more of what I want in my life's movie.
RICH
I am just saying that anything is
possible and we don't have to buy
into the whole fear based belief
that the failing economy has any
affect on what we want to create in
our life.
SARAH
That's ridiculous, Richard! The
economy is what it is... the fact
is that Jessica lost a lot of money
on the market, Her 401K is wiped
out and with it all of her dreams
of retiring in Costa Rica. How can
you say that she is not affected by
these things?
RICH
I am simply saying that she can
choose to believe that the economy
is keeping her from pursuing her
dreams... and it will, or she can
choose to affirm that it has no
affect on her dreams... and I
assure you that it won't have any
bearing on her moving to Costa
Rica.
My Comments: The mind is so powerful that I believe we can
create whatever we desire with the correct use of our mind. 
In this case Jessica has two choices, to either believe that
the economy has an affect on her retiring to Costa Rica or
to believe that it has no affect on her moving there.
Whatever she chooses to believe, the universe will support
her in that belief. The Christ, who I refer to as the 1st
assistant director in my infinite filmmaker teachings, said
that, "it is measured according to your beliefs". Not maybe,
not sometimes, but always measured according to your
beliefs. Change your beliefs and you change your life.
SARAH
I am losing over ten thousand
dollars on bonuses this year
because things are so bad... all my
friends are getting laid off and
I'm lucky to even have a job at
this point... and that is the fact
and I have no control over it.
RICH
You do have control over your life!
That's the problem... everyone
thinks that they are an effect and
not the cause in their life. They
believe that they are at the mercy
of circumstances and have no
control over the outcome. All's I'm
saying is that we do have control
on how our life unfolds. You Sarah
have made choices in your life
based on beliefs about the economy
that have created your financial
outcomes. I'm just saying that you
can change your beliefs and
experience something different.
My Comments: Everything is cause and effect! What I've
learned is that I am the cause that sets into motion the
circumstances that creates the effect that I desire in my
life. This idea about cause and effect goes really deep and
can't be explained in great detail in this screenplay. It
has to do with the fact that there is only "one great" cause
that is perfect whole and complete. Once we recognize that
cause and allow it to flow through us we begin to see a
whole different world unfold before our very eyes.
SARAH
My beliefs have nothing to do with
the fact that the economy is
falling apart... I didn't create
the downturn in the stock market
with my beliefs, Richard.
RICH
Sarah, I understand that you are
struggling right now and I am just
suggesting that you try changing
your beliefs and watch how your
life will change.
SARAH
I can't listen to this nonsense any
more! I gotta go, Richard... Bye
Sarah hangs up the phone on Richard.
SCENE 4. EXT - 3RD STREET PROMENADE - DAY
Richard and his 12 year old daughter are walking from the
3rd Street Promenade after buying a gift certificate for her
mom for mother's day.
RICH
So what are you doing with your mom
for Mother's Day?
MADELEINE
We are going to her favorite
restaurant at Universal Studios.
RICH
Oh that's nice.. How about if I
give you the twenty dollars that you
were going to buy the cupcakes with,
so that you can treat your mom to
lunch with it?
MADELEINE
I think she would rather have the
cupcakes. Hey, I know! Why don't I
get her the cupcakes and you can still
give me the money to take her out
to lunch.
My Comments: I have recently made a commitment to myself to
manage my money with the understanding that the universe is
not going to give me any more until I learn to manage what I
have. I have been really bad in the past with keeping track
of my finances and as a result found myself very much in debt.
When I took the Millionaire Mind Intensive Workshop
with T. Harv Eker he taught me a money managing system using
Jars to categorize my finances into a manageable spending
plan. I helped Madeleine create her own jars so that she
could learn to manage her money at an early age...
Nobody taught me this stuff when I was younger and as a
result I always found money to be challenging.
RICH
Well I only have $20 in my "Give"
jar so I'm afraid it will have to
be one or the other.
MADELEINE
Then I'll stick with the cupcakes.
Richard is thinking to himself and trying to figure out how
he can arrange it so that Madeleine can take her mom out to
lunch and buy her the cupcakes too.
RICH
How about your Jars... do you have
any money in your "Give Jar".
MADELEINE
No, I used it for the school fundraiser
last week.
RICH
Well let's not give up... we'll
figure something out.
They walk into the parking garage and Richard looks down and
see's a crunched up bill on the sidewalk. He stoops to pick
it up and realizes that it is a twenty dollar bill. He gives
it to Madeleine.
RICH
Here, I think the universe wants
you to take your mom out to lunch.
MADELEINE
Oh! My God... I can't believe it.
RICH
You don't have to believe it.. you
just have to recognize where it
came from and say thanks.
My Comments: This sort of thing happens to me all the time
so I just say thank you, and recognize where it came from.
This kind of demonstration just ads to my faith in knowing
that whatever I ask for is already given... I just have to
be receptive enough to receive the gift. There was a time
when I would have to pray and meditate myself into a state
of acceptance before things would appear in my life. Now I
just seem to think it and there it is. This kind of
manifestation doesn't just happen... it takes a lot of
shifting one's consciousness to make it happen. The good
thing is that it is possible for everyone to have these same
kinds of experiences.
Madeleine is full of excitement as they walk to the car.
RICH
So what is your mom's favorite
cupcake.
MADELEINE
She likes the coconut covered
chocolate cupcake... my favorite is
the red raspberry!
RICH
Awesome!
Madeleine and her dad hop in the car and drive past a
billboard advertising the move "Knowing". Richard just
gives a grin of recognition as he passes the poster.
SCENE 5 EXT - PARKING GARAGE - EARLY EVENING
Rich and Jennifer are going to see the movie "Hangover" in
Culver City.  They are about to drive into the garage when
Jennifer gets stuck behind a line of cars. She is nervous
because they are running late for the movie.
JENNIFER
Something tells me that I should
park in the garage near Trader
Joe's... It is usually pretty
empty. What do you think we should
do? The movie starts in 10 minutes.
RICH
Why don't you follow your
instincts.
My Comments: It is really important to listen to your
instincts when trying to make decisions on what actions to
take in your life. Instincts are the way that the Infinite
Filmmaker communicates with the Cast and Crew in this movie
called "Life".
The cars ahead of her start to move into the garage, so she
follows them into the garage. They drive all the way to the
top floor on the roof and notice that the cars ahead of her
are turning around and heading back down towards the exit.
JENNIFER
I knew that we shouldn't have
parked her. I should've listened to
my instincts like you suggested.
RICH
I hate missing the beginning of a
movie. It makes me feel like I ate
the icecream sunday before I put
the chocolate sauce and whipped
cream on it.
JENNIFER
Okay, let's change our vibration
and get out of this negative space.
It is not serving us!
Suddenly there is a knock on the window and a woman say's...
WOMAN
Are you looking for a space?
RICH
Sure!
WOMAN
There's a space over there.
She points to a space at the end of the garage that has
white lines painted across it.
WOMAN
It's not really a spot but we park
there all the time and we never get
a ticket.
RICH
(To Jennifer)
What do you think, should we take
it?
JENNIFER
Of course we should. If that's not
a demonstration, I don't know what
is!
RICH
Why do I doubt so much. Let's go...
we've got 5 minutes before the
movie starts.
Jennifer and Richard exit the parking lot.
My Comments: Jennifer is really big on changing one's
vibration in order to change the results we are facing. I
believe in the power of our words so for me a treatment or
affirmation works just as well.
